Olga Guseva has been in the workforce since 2012, when they began their role as Purchasing Manager at Veles LTD. Olga then moved to Macrocon B. V. in 2016, where they served as a Customer Service Specialist. Most recently, in 2021, they joined Power To Be Found as the VP of Customer Success.

Olga Guseva's education history includes a Bachelor's degree in Economics from Moscow State University from 2011 to 2015, a language program in Chinese Studies from Chongqing University from 2015 to 2016, and a Master's degree in MBA from Grand Canyon University from 2016 to 2018.
