Fredrik Hjortsberg has extensive work experience in various management roles. Fredrik is currently the Head of Strategic Partnerships at Verified since 2023. Prior to that, they were the Head of Integration and Partnerships at Assently AB from 2021 to 2023, where they were responsible for establishing the business area and increasing market penetration. From 2020 to 2021, they served as the Head of Professional Services at Shibuya, where they led multiple teams and established a project management office. Before that, from 2019 to 2020, they were the Head of CI and Platform Development at Posti Group Oyj, overseeing international teams and implementing new software. From 2017 to 2019, they worked as the COO/CISO at Assently AB, responsible for various aspects of the daily business. Fredrik also held multiple roles at OpusCapita from 2011 to 2017, including Head of Technical Implementation and Director of Product Management. Prior to that, they had management roles at Itella Information AB, The Swedish Post, Elanders Solutions AB, and Alfaskop AB.

Fredrik Hjortsberg attended the Stockholm School of Economics from 2004 to 2005, where they completed an Executive Management Program in Business Management. Prior to that, from 1990 to 1992, they studied at Dalarna University and obtained a University Diploma in Computer Science. In 1999, Fredrik Hjortsberg also had a brief period of study at the Nordic School of Management, though the degree obtained and field of study are not specified. Additionally, they hold a PRINCE2® Foundation Certificate in Project Management obtained from AXELOS Global Best Practice in 2021.
