Rotem Binder has a work experience spanning over several years. Starting in 2011, they worked as a Ground Protection Complex Operator in the Air Force of the Israel Defense Forces until 2013. In 2019, Rotem founded their own company called al haetz. Currently, they are working as a Marketing Operations Coordinator at Veriest, starting from March 2022.

Rotem Binder obtained a Bachelor's degree from the University of Haifa from 2016 to 2020. The field of study was Occupational Therapy/Therapist.
