Chad Elert has over 15 years of experience in new home sales, currently serving as a New Home Specialist at Veridian Homes since August 2008, where responsibilities include managing and developing client relationships to drive sales growth. Previously, Chad held similar roles at Brookstone Homes, Inc. and Elert Realty, enhancing expertise in the real estate industry. Additionally, Chad has a background in Major League Soccer with the San Jose Earthquakes from May 1999 to May 2004. Chad earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus on Business/Marketing from the University of Wisconsin-Stout between 1996 and 1999.
