Peter Dumaine is currently the Co-founder, COO & Principal at VERICRE since June 2021. Prior to that, Peter was a Senior Advisor at TenantBase from September 2018 to June 2021 and an Advisor at SVN Realty Advisors from June 2017 to September 2018. Peter has experience in assisting office tenants with lease dispositions, lease analysis for local tenants, managing real estate portfolios, and developing relationships with brokers. Peter also has a background in sales, finance, and entrepreneurship, having previously worked as an Account Manager, Owner/Founder of a lawn care business, and Assistant Manager Intern. Peter holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from Louisiana State University.
