Demet Durak is an experienced administrative professional currently serving as the Senior Executive Assistant to the CEO at Vericel® Corporation since August 2022. Previously, Demet worked at the Turkish Consulate General in Boston from December 2013 to July 2022 as a Secretary and Policy and Communications Specialist, and held various roles at Harvard University’s Minda de Gunzburg Center for European Studies. Demet’s early career includes positions at Boston University and New York University, where a Master's degree focused on European Politics and Policy was obtained with a GPA of 3.8/4. Demet's diverse experience is complemented by academic qualifications, including a B.A. in International Relations from Mount Holyoke College and an exchange year at the University of Sussex.
