Carter Wheatley attended Boston University from 2011 to 2015, where they earned a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) degree in Computer Engineering. In 2013, they briefly studied at Universidad Autónoma de Madrid, but did not obtain a degree. In 2023, they obtained a Certified Information Privacy Technologist (CIPT) certification from the International Association of Privacy Professionals (IAPP).
