Eric O'Brien has a long career in the business world, beginning in 2002 when they took on the role of Chairman at Partners in School Innovation. In 2004, they became a Director at Aquantia and in 2008, they added Director roles at PCH International and Evolv On-Demand to their resume. In 2011, they co-founded and became a Managing Director at Fall Line Capital. In 2014, they took on the role of Director at Granular, a farm management SaaS, and in 2017, the company was acquired by Corteva. In 2017, they became a Director at GreenLight Biosciences, Inc., and in 2019, they added a Director role at Agrofy. In 2020, they joined Verge Agriculture as a Director, and in 2021, they added a Director role at Ethernovia to their portfolio.
Eric O'Brien attended Harvard University from 1990 to 1994, where they earned an AB in Economics. Eric then went on to Stanford University Graduate School of Business from 1998 to 2000, where they earned an MBA.
