Thierry NIZOU is an experienced professional in the perfumery and cosmetic markets, currently serving as a Glass Platform Manager at Verescence since March 2014, where responsibilities include managing a team of 20 technicians, overseeing the development and industrialization of glass bottles, and coordinating projects across multiple international sites. Prior to this role, Thierry NIZOU worked as a Design Office Manager at Pochet du Courval and RPC Beauté, managing teams and ensuring the successful industrialization of glass and plastic parts. With a career beginning as a draftsman at Philips and Rexam, Thierry NIZOU has developed extensive expertise in project management, technical design, and innovation, boasting a strong record of developing and certifying numerous moulds and products while implementing advanced ERP systems and leading successful development teams.
