Carlos Bertucci has a diverse work experience in various roles, primarily in the finance field. Carlos started their career as a Senior Researcher at CMS Lab - FIPECAFI, where they supported the structuring of consulting activities and worked on bid proposals and new projects. After that, Carlos worked as a Senior Consultant at Souza Maas Consultoria, where they provided valuation and business plan development for multiple companies and restructured financial activities in a travel agency.

Carlos then moved on to become a Senior Finance Manager at Amway do Brasil Ltda, where they were responsible for all finance and accounting subsystems and processes. Carlos also worked as a CFO at TUBEX, overseeing all financial and administrative functions, including turning around the finance department, improving forecasting capabilities, and implementing new tax structures.

Later, they joined VERESCENCE as the Director of Finance and Sourcing, reporting to the Corporate CEO and Managing Director of the Brazilian BU.
