Anita Hopmans currently serves as a PhD Candidate Researcher at the University of Amsterdam Faculty of Humanities since May 2023. Active in the art history community, Anita has been a Board Member for the Dividi Foundation since 2021 and a Member of the Board at the Stichting voor Nederlandse Kunsthistorische Publicaties since November 2014. Additionally, Anita holds roles as a Member of the Board of Advisors and Subcommittee Art History for the Vereniging Rembrandt, and as part of the Research Committee for the Wildenstein Plattner Institute. From May 2021 to February 2024, Anita was also a Board Member at Zadik - Zentralarchiv für deutsche und internationale Kunstmarktforschung. Previous experience includes Senior Curator for Exhibitions Projects at RKD - Nederlands Instituut voor Kunstgeschiedenis and various positions within the Dutch Research School for Art History, including a senior management role from 2017 to 2019.
