Tracey Costa is an accomplished environmental professional holding various key positions in the field, currently serving as the AVP Northeast Brownfields Leader at Verdantas since September 2022. With extensive experience in project management and brownfields practices, Tracey held prior roles as Senior Consultant and NE Brownfields Lead at Environmental Strategies & Management and Sr. Project Manager at Ransom Consulting, Inc. and Nobis Engineering, Inc. Tracey's career has also included significant roles at URS, Ambient Engineering, LFR, VHB, and Handex. Educationally, Tracey holds a Bachelor of Science in Biology/Hydrogeology from UMass Boston and a Master of Science in Environmental Management from the University of Maryland Global Campus. Tracey is a licensed Site Professional (LSP), Certified Hazardous Materials Manager (CHMM), and holds multiple environmental certifications including TURP, ENV-SP, and LEED Green Associate.
