Routhu Nagaraju is a seasoned executive with extensive leadership experience in the real estate and automotive sectors. Currently serving as the Chief Executive Officer at Experion Developers Pvt Ltd since January 2022, Routhu previously held the role of Chief Executive Officer at Hero Realty Private Limited from April 2017 to January 2022, where Routhu also served as Chief Operating Officer. Routhu's significant tenure at Unitech Limited from August 2009 to March 2017 included the position of Executive Vice President, overseeing Corporate Planning, HR, and IT, after which Routhu was Vice President focusing on Corporate Planning and IT. Earlier experience includes roles as Assistant General Manager in Corporate Planning at Maruti Udyog Limited and Maruti Suzuki India Limited between 2003 and 2006. Routhu Nagaraju holds an MBA from the Indian Institute of Management, Lucknow, and a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from Osmania University.
