Eric D. Gazin currently serves as General Counsel at Verdant Commercial Capital since 2019. Previously, Eric held the position of Senior Legal Counsel at GE from 2006 to 2019, where oversight and implementation of Capital Markets Syndications business activity were managed, with a total volume exceeding $16.1 billion from 2008 to 2018. Earlier experience includes roles as Shareholder at Ober Kaler (2002-2006), Attorney at Moore & Van Allen, PLLC (1999-2002), and Project Manager at Sonoco Europe, S.A. (1997-1999).
