Nialish Arshad is an experienced data professional currently serving as an Expert Data Engineer and Data Team Lead at Verbund Pflegehilfe since January 2023. Previously, Nialish worked as a Senior Data Engineer at 10Pearls, where leadership of an agile team facilitated the development of a data and machine learning platform utilizing Apache Spark and Airflow. Prior roles include Data Engineer at Sitpros & Technologies, where Nialish developed an ETL pipeline, and Python Developer at KCompute (Pvt) Ltd., focusing on payroll systems. Nialish began the career as a Software Engineer at Neusol LLC. Nialish holds a Master's degree in Data Science from the National University of Computer and Emerging Sciences and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Iqra University.
