Daniella Shalom is an experienced professional with a strong background in quality operations and account management. Currently serving as the Quality Operations Team Leader and previously as the Transcription Quality Manager at Verbit.ai since March 2019, Daniella has a versatile skill set developed through various roles, including Account Manager at Roomer Travel and Operations Manager at Fooducate. Earlier experience includes a research internship at Transport Today and Tomorrow, marketing at the Interfaith Center for Sustainable Development, and positions in education and recreation at Eden Village Camp and Queens Botanical Garden. Daniella holds a Master of Arts in Environmental Studies from Tel Aviv University and a Bachelor of Arts in Environmental Studies from Queens College.
