Daniel Marino

Customer Success Manager - Onboarding at Verbit

Daniel Marino started their work experience as a Pharmacy Technician at West Milford Pharmacy in 2009. Daniel began as a part-time delivery driver while attending Montclair State University and eventually became a full-time driver. Daniel also learned the skills of a cashier to provide more flexibility in covering shifts and completing deliveries.

In 2015, Marino joined Millennium Systems International as a Business Support Specialist. Daniel assisted clients with technical issues and software training and diagnosed and resolved software issues. In 2016, they moved to the Enterprise Division as a Business Support Specialist and focused on assisting multi-location clients with requests and ensuring prompt and reliable response time for high-profile clients.

Marino then transitioned to the role of Customer Success Onboarding Specialist, where they became the primary client relationship owner for 40 to 60 client accounts. Daniel worked with clients to define scope, requirements, and deliverables of projects, conducted advanced remote training sessions, and aimed to increase retention. In 2018, they were promoted to Senior Customer Success Onboarding Specialist, responsible for approximately 30 client accounts. Daniel worked with clients to achieve project goals, meet deadlines, and reported software issues to the QA and Product teams.

Recently, in 2021, Marino joined Verbit.ai as a Customer Success Manager - Onboarding. Daniel is responsible for around 30 client accounts, creating and customizing client accounts on the platform, and aligning with customer expectations to ensure engagement with the platform.

Daniel Marino completed their education at two institutions. Daniel first attended Montclair State University from 2007 to 2012, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Political Science, with a minor in Pre-Law. In 2013 and 2014, they then enrolled at PC AGE Career Institute and earned an Internetwork Engineering Certificate. The program at PC AGE covered various subjects including IT, Windows Operating Systems, Linux, CCNA, Security, and Computer and Network Hardware and Software. In addition to their degrees, Daniel Marino also obtained a CompTIA A+ certification from CompTIA in February 2015.
