Matthew Dyer has held a variety of positions since 2010. Matthew began their career as a Student Ambassador for Taylor University in 2010. In 2012, they worked as a Campaign Scheduler & Voter Analytics for Joe Walsh for Congress. That same year, they also worked as a Congressional Intern for Joe Walsh (IL-08), where they researched legislation, attended hearings/briefings for legislative research, monitored constituent calls for pending legislation, and conducted Capitol tours for congressional guests. In 2013, they worked as a Congressional Intern for Congressman Kevin Brady (TX-08), where they actively listened and monitored constituent correspondence with the office, assisted staff with legislation, press, and voting recommendations, and was proficient at using the iConstituent constituent management system. Matthew then went on to become a Financial Operations Manager for Verbâ„¢.
Matthew Dyer attended Taylor University from 2009 to 2013, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science. During their time at Taylor University, they also participated in the American Studies Program in 2012, studying Public Policy Analysis.
