Matt Morgan's work experience is as follows:

- Currently, Matt Morgan holds the position of Vice President EMEA Commercial Operations at Verathon since January 2021.

- From June 2018 to January 2021, they worked as the General Manager UK&I at Wright Medical. Prior to that, from April 2016 to June 2018, they were the Sales Director UK&I at the same company.

- From May 2014 to April 2016, Matt Morgan served as the Managing Director UK&I at Tornier, which was later acquired by Wright Medical.

- Between January 2012 and May 2014, they held various roles at Smith & Nephew, including Endoscopy Sales Director, UK & Ireland, Acting Recon Sales Director, UK & Ireland, Regional Sales Manager, and Territory Sales Manager.

- From August 2004 to July 2009, they worked as a Sales Manager at Stryker.

- Before their medical industry roles, Matt Morgan gained engineering experience. Matt worked as an Engineer at Jaguar Land Rover from May 2003 to August 2004 and at Pininfarina from September 2000 to April 2002. Matt Morgan began their education at Princethorpe College in 1987 and completed their studies in 1991. Afterward, they attended Ashlawn School from 1991 to 1993. Following this, Matt pursued a Bachelor of Engineering (B.Eng.) degree in Engineering Design and Visualization at Bournemouth University, where they studied from 1993 to 1998. Matt then embarked on professional courses in Engineering from 2003 to 2013.

In terms of additional certifications, Matt obtained the Thomas International Personal Profile Analysis (PPA) Practitioner qualification from Thomas International in November 2022.
