Sweta Adhikari has a diverse work experience spanning different industries and roles. Sweta currently works at Veranova as a Business Development Associate. Prior to this, they worked at Obiter Research LLC, where they held various positions including Marketing Coordinator, Production Manager, and Research Chemist. Sweta also worked as an Associate R&D Chemist at the University of Mississippi School of Pharmacy. Before that, they gained experience as a Graduate Research Assistant and Graduate Teaching Assistant at the University of Mississippi. Sweta started their career as an Undergraduate Student Researcher at the University of Mississippi and worked at Mississippi University for Women as a Residence Hall Advisor, Microbiology Lab Assistant, and Residence Desk Assistant.

Sweta Adhikari completed their education with a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology/Biological Sciences from Mississippi University for Women between 2013 and 2015. Sweta then pursued a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry with a Biochem track at the University of Mississippi from 2015 to 2017. Sweta furthered their studies at the University of Mississippi and obtained a Master of Science degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences from 2017 to 2019.

In addition to their academic qualifications, Sweta Adhikari acquired certifications such as the OSHA 30 Hour Outreach Training Program - General Industry from 360 Training Ltd in February 2021. Sweta also obtained a certification in Resource Conservation and Recovery Act (RCRA) Waste Management from TRADEBE in the same month and year.
