Haritha Reddy Nagidi has a diverse work experience in the field of analytical science. Haritha Reddy is currently working as an Analytical R&D Scientist at Veranova since November 2022. Prior to this, they worked at Ingenus Pharmaceuticals as an Analytical Scientist from July 2019 to October 2022. Before that, they gained experience as a QC Chemist at US Pharma Lab from August 2017 to April 2019. Haritha also has teaching experience as a Student/Teaching Assistant at Lamar University, where they served as a Lab Assistant and provided instruction and supervision to students in the lab from July 2015 to August 2016.

Haritha Reddy Nagidi pursued their education in the field of pharmaceutical sciences and chemistry. Haritha Reddy completed their Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy at Blue Birds College of Pharmacy from 2007 to 2011. Following that, they obtained a Master's Degree in Pharmaceutical Analysis from Care College of Pharmacy between 2011 and 2013. Haritha Reddy furthered their education by pursuing a Master's degree in General Chemistry at Lamar University from 2015 to 2016. Recently, in 2021, they attended Harrisburg University of Science and Technology, where they earned a Master of Science (MS) degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences. In addition, they hold a certification as a member of the Regulatory Affairs Professionals Society (RAPS).
