Tina Marrero serves as the Director of People Business Partner for Verano since November 2022, focusing on Human Resources and strategic partnership for cannabis retail and cultivation across the Central Region. Prior to this role, Tina held multiple positions at Imperfect Foods, including Regional Manager and Senior People Business Partner, and served as Director of Human Resources at Mickey's Linen. Additional experience includes leadership roles at Argo Tea, Eataly, Source|One Hospitality, Epic Burger, and Starbucks Coffee Company, where Tina developed training programs and supported management development. Tina earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Organizational Leadership from DePaul University.
