Shruti Kumari Moola's work experience starts with their current role as Senior Director Enterprise Organization & Talent Planning at Veralto since September 2023. Prior to this, they worked at Danaher Corporation as a Senior Director for Enterprise Organization and Talent Planning from May 2021 to September 2023, and as a Director for Enterprise Global Talent Management from August 2021 to May 2023.

Before joining Danaher Corporation, Shruti worked at Deloitte where they held various HR leadership roles. Shruti Kumari served as the National HR Leader for Life Sciences & Health Care Industry and Energy, Resources & Industrials from July 2020 to August 2021, and as the National HR Leader for Energy, Resources & Industrials and Client Excellence from May 2018 to August 2021. Shruti Kumari also held the positions of HR Leader Strategy and Operations and Human Capital Consulting for USDC from August 2017 to May 2018, HR Leader for USDC Human Capital Consulting from July 2016 to May 2018, Associate Vice President and HR Leader from September 2015 to July 2016, and Executive Manager and HR Leader from November 2013 to August 2015.

Prior to Deloitte, Shruti worked at SunTrust Bank as the First Vice President for Corporate Investment Banking from April 2012 to September 2013, where they played a strategic role as an HR Business Partner working closely with senior leaders to develop human capital strategies and solutions.

Their earlier experience includes working at GE as an HR Manager from October 2006 to January 2012, at SSA Global (Baan Infosystems) as the Principal Global HR Projects from February 2002 to September 2006, and at ONGC as a P&A officer responsible for SAP HR Implementation from July 2000 to February 2002.

Shruti Kumari Moola's education history includes a Post Graduate Diploma in Business Management with a focus on Human Resources and Information Systems from the Institute of Public Enterprise, obtained from 1998 to 2000. Shruti Kumari also completed a PGDBM in Global Strategic Management from ICFAI between 2003 and 2004. In 2005, Shruti earned a PMP certification in Project Management from the Project Management Institute.
