Leandro Ponchio currently holds the position of VP & General Counsel for Latin America at Veralto Corporation, a role assumed in September 2023. Previously, Leandro served in various capacities at Danaher Corporation from June 2016 to September 2023, including VP & General Counsel and Regional Counsel for the Diagnostics Platform in Latin America. Additional experience includes a tenure as Legal & Compliance Director for Latin America at Mundipharma, Legal Director at Chemtura Corporation, and Head of Legal for Decorative Paints at Akzo Nobel, among other legal roles at Schering-Plough and Baxter International Inc. Leandro earned a Law degree from Centro Universitário FMU | FIAM-FAAM between 1992 and 1996 and pursued further education at Pontifícia Universidade Católica de São Paulo from 2000 to 2001.
