Mike Matthews has a diverse professional background, currently serving as an IT Support and Onboarding Specialist at Verafin since June 2012. Prior to this role, Mike held the position of IT Support Specialist at the same company. Mike began a career in the culinary field, serving as Sous Chef at Delta Hotel St. John's from March 2005 to May 2011 and as Executive Chef at Magnum and Steins from April 2004 to March 2005. In terms of education, Mike earned a Diploma in Telecommunications Engineering from the College of the North Atlantic between 2011 and 2013, and previously obtained a Diploma with Honors in Culinary Arts/Chef Training from Niagara College from 1994 to 1996.
