Ben Anstey has a diverse work experience in various companies. Ben started their career as a Software Developer co-op at Lockheed Martin in December 2010. Ben then worked as a Software Developer co-op at Alcatel-Lucent for a year until May 2012. Subsequently, they joined Memorial University of Newfoundland as a Computer Engineer co-op, working on the MUN Explorer AUV REALM project from April 2012 to April 2013. Ben then had a brief stint as a Computer Engineer co-op at Kraken Sonar Systems Inc. from August 2013 to December 2013. After that, they worked as a Research Engineer at Memorial University of Newfoundland from April 2014 to March 2015. Currently, Ben is employed at Verafin, where they started as a Software Developer in March 2015 and is now the Head Of Application Product Development, a role they have been in since September 2021.
Ben Anstey began their education at J.M. Olds Collegiate from 2002 to 2007, where they obtained their high school diploma. Ben then went on to attend Memorial University of Newfoundland from 2007 to 2014, where they pursued a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Engineering.
