Director, Customer Engagement at Veradigm

Donna Reckitt, MBA, RN, CSPO®, CHC has a diverse work experience in the healthcare industry. Donna currently holds the position of Director, Customer Engagement at Veradigm® since 2020. Prior to this, they worked at Innovaccer as an Engagement Manager/Product Manager from 2017 to 2019, where they supported care management teams to improve clinical workflows and patient care outcomes.

Donna also served as the Vice President, Reporting & Analytics at Altruista Health from 2015 to 2016, where they led a global team to enhance the reporting and analytic capabilities of the company's care management workflow product. Moreover, they worked at LexisNexis/MEDai as the Director, Strategic Accounts from 2011 to 2014. In this role, they ensured client satisfaction, secured renewals, and expanded contract agreements.

During their tenure at Verisk Health (formerly DxCG; now dba Cotiviti) from 2005 to 2011, Donna was a Strategic Account Manager responsible for managing key client accounts and providing product knowledge and support.
