Ahmad Alzein is a Biomedical Image Processing and AI Engineer at Veracyte, Inc., starting in September 2023, focusing on developing and implementing deep learning models for biomedical image data analysis in immuno-oncology. Previously, Ahmad worked at Stellantis on a project related to touchscreen interfaces that enhance usability through tactile feedback, and at GIPSA-lab on electromyogram signal separation for hand rehabilitation, improving muscle tension extraction methods. Ahmad's earlier experience includes an internship at LEGI Grenoble, studying the influence of waveguide geometry on fluid flow and aero-acoustics in speech articulation. Ahmad holds an Engineer's degree in Biomedical/Medical Engineering from Grenoble INP - Phelma and a Bachelor's degree in Biomedical Engineering from Beirut Arab University.
