Alison Bayiates is the Chief People Officer at Veracode. Alison was previously a partner at Artison Restorations, where they were responsible for research and identification of potential investment opportunities, cost analysis based on market trends, improvement plans and marketing and sale of property. Prior to that, they were the Sr. Director of Human Resources at RSA, the Security Division of EMC, where they worked closely with management to put in place organizational development strategies to support business goals.

Alison Bayiates has a Bachelor's Degree in Management from Regis College. Alison is also a certified trainer in the Process Communication Model (PCM).
