Rod Mack has extensive work experience in the IT and consulting industry. Rod started their career at Sprint in 1983, where they held various leadership positions, including Vice President of Business Systems. Rod then moved on to AT&T as Vice President and General Manager, where they were responsible for overall Information Technology, Product Management, and Customer Service. After AT&T, Rod worked at Energy One as EVP of Product and Service, where they played a key role in developing platforms, products, and service capabilities for a start-up focused on the deregulated energy industry. Rod later joined Qwest Communications Corp as Vice President of Systems, leading the transformation of the IT development organization. Rod also worked at EMC as a Consulting Partner and later as Partner IT Excellence, where they created and built the IT Excellence practice within Business Edge. Rod then joined Wyndham Worldwide as EVP and CIO in an interim role during a transformational period, where they helped establish a new SOA architecture and delivered new business capabilities. Rod also worked at Knowledgent Group as Practice Lead - IT Strategy before joining Veracity Consulting as Chief Delivery Officer.
Rod Mack obtained their Bachelor of Arts degree in Math from The University of Texas at Austin, where they attended from 1965 to 1969. Additionally, they have pursued further education at Columbia Business School, although specific details regarding their degree and field of study remain unknown.
