Dharma Teja N. has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. In 2008, they co-founded Easy Load Board LLC and served as a Co-Founder until 2010. Dharma Teja then worked as the Lead Software Developer at Cybertron INC for seven months before moving to Sally Johns Design + Strategic Marketing, where they held the role of Software Development Manager from 2010 to 2011. From 2011 to 2017, Dharma Teja N. worked as an Advisory Software Engineer at Lenovo. In 2017, they founded Fellow, a company where they currently serve as the Founder. Additionally, in 2019, Dharma Teja N. founded D Dollar and Vera Hospitals & Healthcare, where they remain in their role as Founder.

Dharma Teja N. completed a Master's degree in Computer Science from Wichita State University, from 2007 to 2009.
