Michel Kroese has a diverse work experience that spans over several years. Michel began their career at De Nederlandsche Bank as an intern in 2004. In 2006, they joined Heineken for a Master Thesis project. Moving forward, they joined Van Gansewinkel Groep b.v. in 2007 and held various roles including Management Trainee, PMO Manager, M&A Manager, and Business Process Improvement Manager. In 2015, they transitioned to Van Scherpenzeel as a Senior Manager for Strategy & Business Development. Since 2018, Michel has been working at Veolia as the Head of Strategy & Transformation, where they play a key role in leading initiatives such as European chemical recycling and EV battery recycling.
Michel Kroese has a diverse education history. Michel obtained a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification from Six Sigma+ in 2009. Prior to that, from 2007 to 2009, they completed a Management Traineeship at Augere. In 2007, they earned a Master's degree in Business Studies with a specialization in Strategy, Organization, and Context from the University of Amsterdam. Lastly, from 2001 to 2005, they studied Logistics and Economics at the Amsterdam University of Applied Sciences and received a Bc. degree.
