Gamal J. Palmer is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in leadership and consultancy across various sectors. Currently serving as Venwise Pod Leader at Venwise since March 2022, Palmer provides C-suite leaders in high-growth companies with valuable support and advice. As Principal Consultant at Conscious Builders since October 2021, Palmer focuses on organizational development. Previously, Palmer held the position of Senior Vice President at The Jewish Federation of Greater Los Angeles from May 2013 to October 2021, and has also contributed to leadership development as a D&I and Leadership Development Consultant at The Diversity Gym. As Founder and CEO of Global Eye Entrepreneurs from 2015 to 2019, Palmer aimed to support male entrepreneurs of color through mentorship and resources. Additionally, experience as Program Director and Lecturer at Yale University involved designing interdisciplinary programs centered on social impact and community organizing. Gamal J.
