Zac McGuire has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Zac started their career as a Human Resources Coordinator at Accor, where they worked for four years managing HR operations. Zac then moved on to the Sydney Cricket and Sports Ground Trust, where they served as a Human Resources Advisor for two years, overseeing recruitment, training, and employee relations. Zac then worked as a Workforce Manager at LOC AFC Asian Cup Australia 2015, handling operational elements of the competition. Zac later joined RSM Australia as a Senior HR Business Partner, providing accounting and advisory services to clients. Zac then took on the role of People and Development Manager at Lander & Rogers, a national law firm, for four years. Following this, they worked as the Head of Human Resources at Cornerstone Health Pty Ltd, supporting healthcare professionals and delivering quality medical care. Currently, Zac is the Head of Human Resources at Venues NSW, a government agency responsible for operating and caring for various venues and entertainment centers in New South Wales.
