Shannon H. currently serves as the Head of Security and Precinct Services at Venues NSW since June 2023. Prior to this role, Shannon H. held various positions at UNSW from October 2019 to June 2023, including Senior Manager - Security & Parking and Security Operations Manager. From September 2009 to July 2020, Shannon H. worked at The Star Entertainment Group, progressing through roles such as Security Duty Manager, Investigator, and Security Supervisor. Shannon H. also served as a Risk and Security Supervisor at Scentre Group for a brief period in 2015.
