Charlotte Moore has a diverse work experience, starting in 2010. Charlotte began as an Advocacy Project Officer at HBF Health, where they interned and assisted in event management activities. In 2010, they also worked as a Senior Brand Manager at Meerkats, where they focused on helping businesses connect authentically with their customers. In 2015, Charlotte joined Wasserman as a Senior Account Manager, specializing in creating memorable brand experiences. Later in 2015, they started working at venturethree as a Project Manager, eventually progressing to roles such as Project Director, Client Partner, and currently holds the position of Head of Client Partnerships from November 2023.

Charlotte Moore attended St Hilda's Anglican School for Girls for their high school education. Charlotte then went on to pursue a Bachelor's Degree in Behavioral Sciences and Marketing & Public Relations at The University of Notre Dame Australia, graduating in 2010.
