John Anschutz has over 30 years of work experience in the software engineering and development industry. John began their career in 1988 as a Senior Database Consultant at Digital Equipment Corp. In 1995, they moved to Perot Systems as a Senior Systems Developer, where they developed with Visual Basic, SQL Server, Oracle, HTML and Javascript. In 2005, they joined Venture Research Inc. as a Senior Software Engineer, creating and maintaining Oracle and SQL Server databases for Supply Chain Management Solutions and creating software solutions for RFID Applications using VB and VB.

John Anschutz attended The University of Texas at Dallas from 1980 to 1985, where they earned a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science (BSCS).
