Al Schultice has extensive experience in sales and management within the plastics industry, currently serving as the Director of Sales at Venture Plastics, Inc. since October 2017, overseeing sales efforts and personnel, including full-time account managers and independent sales representatives. Prior to this role, Al Schultice was the Field Sales Technical Service Manager at Venture Plastics, Inc. from August 2007 to October 2017. Earlier in the career, Al Schultice held the position of General Manager for the Molding Group at Cambridge Tool & Die from June 2000 to October 2004, managing daily operations and sales activities for the injection molding division.
