Matheus Darós Pagani is a multifaceted professional with extensive experience in technology, engineering, and education. Currently serving as Founder and CEO at Venture Miner and Blockchain and AI Teacher at Encode Club, Matheus has also held the position of Chief Executive Officer at both BFT Solutions and 4CADIA, where leadership, strategic planning, and team management were key responsibilities. Prior roles include significant positions at Atlas Quantum, contributing to the development of decentralized financial services and overseeing various technology areas at the fintech. Matheus started their career in mechanical engineering roles at CSS and Columbia Petroleum Technology (CPT), focusing on computational simulations and structural analysis, while also engaging in academia as a teacher. Matheus holds a Master’s Degree in Mathematical and Computational Methods from Universidade Federal do Espírito Santo and a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering from the same institution.
