Edgar Castillo, P.E. has extensive work experience in the field of Instrumentation and Control Engineering. Edgar currently holds the position of Principal Engineer, Instrument and Controls at Venture Global LNG. Prior to this, they worked at Kiewit as a Sr I&C Engineer from 2018 to 2023. Edgar also held the position of Senior Instrument and Control System Engineer at Wood from 2012 to 2018, where they were responsible for project management, coordination, and P&ID development. Before that, they worked as an Instrumentation Coordinator at SK E&C USA from 2011 to 2012, where they led coordination activities for various units. Edgar also has experience working at CB&I, Tecnoconsult US, and Tecnoconsult SA, where they were involved in different engineering projects and carried out tasks such as instrument specifications and data sheets development.

Edgar Castillo, P.E. obtained a Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) degree in Electrical, Electronics, and Communications Engineering from UNEXPO (VE) in 2002. Edgar has also obtained additional certifications, including a PE Record Certificate from NCEES in June 2016. Edgar is certified as a Functional Safety Engineer and a PE Control System Engineer by various institutions.
