Prior experience includes a decade-long tenure at Ventura County Sheriff's Department as a sergeant and training officer, managing search-and-rescue operations, and a significant role at City of Santa Paula Fire Department as a firefighter and public information officer, striving for community engagement. Andy also has an extensive background in business development and publishing, having led marketing initiatives and sales management at Penton Media. A graduate of Millersville University of Pennsylvania, Andy earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Technology Education.
