Brinda Shah is a highly experienced professional currently serving as a Senior Program Administrator at Ventura County Behavioral Health since December 2020. Previously, Brinda held the position of Program Manager for Transitions of Care at Virginia Garcia Memorial Health Center and Foundation, where a multifaceted program was created to enhance care standards and patient outcomes for underserved communities. Brinda's earlier roles include Clinic Manager at Family Medical Practice Vietnam, Marketing, Writing, and Web Design at XO Tours, Research Scientist at the Centre for Applied Neurogenetics, Graduate Researcher at UVic Genome BC Proteomics Centre, and Summer Undergraduate Researcher at UBC Wine Research Centre. Brinda holds a Master of Science in Biochemistry and Microbiology from the University of Victoria and a Bachelor of Science in Cell Biology and Genetics from The University of British Columbia.
