Carl Tyrer is an experienced commercial manager with a strong background in the ventilation and insulation industries. Currently serving as the Commercial Manager at Ventive since October 2014, Carl focuses on innovative passive ventilation solutions that optimize energy savings and improve indoor air quality for various stakeholders, including housing providers and architects. Prior to this role, Carl was the Commercial Manager at Passivent Ltd. from June 2011 to August 2014, where responsibilities included national sales, training and managing a sales team, and successfully implementing a recovery plan that transformed a loss-making division into a profitable one within two years. Carl's career began as the Managing Director at Brooklyn PSV Ltd from August 1996 to May 2011, where efforts were centered on insulation and ventilation installation, starting with cavity wall insulation and expanding into ventilation services for local authorities.
