Kaushick Sylvester Jones Appadurai Giri has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and industries. Kaushick Sylvester Jones began their career in 2018 as a Production Supervisor at Kari Motors, where they focused on production planning and materials management. In 2019, they joined Isgec Heavy Engineering Ltd. as a Mechanical Design Engineer, where they were responsible for creating technical specifications for power plant equipment. In 2022, Kaushick worked as a Graduate Teaching Assistant at Concordia University for a brief period. Later that year, they joined Taiga Motors as a Buyer/Planner, contributing to cost reduction and supplier relationship management. Currently, Kaushick holds the position of Supply Chain Lead at Vention, starting in 2023.

Kaushick Sylvester Jones Appadurai Giri completed a Bachelor of Engineering (BE) in Mechanical Engineering from Government College of Technology, Coimbatore in the years 2015 to 2019. Currently, they are pursuing a Master of Engineering (MEng) in Industrial Engineering from Concordia University, starting in 2021 and expected to graduate in 2023. In addition, they have obtained several certifications related to various topics including Minitab, Six Sigma, Operational Excellence, and Statistics Foundations through LinkedIn in the year 2020.
