David Carlos currently serves as the Channel Development Manager for North America at Vention, a position held since January 2023. Prior experience includes a role as Regional Sales Manager at Soft Robotics Inc. from February 2021 to January 2023 and as Hydraulic Territory Manager at Parker Hannifin from July 2015 to February 2021, where responsibilities included in-field channel management and technical expertise in hydraulic systems. David also held various positions at Parker Hannifin, including Technical Sales Associate and Lean Manufacturing Engineer. Early career experience includes an R&D Engineering Internship at GOJO Industries. David holds an MBA in International Business from the University of South Carolina Darla Moore School of Business and a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Dayton.
