Tracy Hyneman, ARM, currently serves as a Community Manager at Venterra Realty since May 2022. Hyneman has a diverse background in property and community management, having previously held positions as Property Manager at Palms Associates, L.L.C. and NORSTAR PROPERTY MANAGEMENT LIMITED, and as Director of Sales and Marketing at Carillon Assisted Living. Earlier experience includes roles such as Area Property Manager and Property Manager at United Group of Companies, and various positions in human resources and recruitment. Hyneman's educational background includes a North Carolina Real Estate License from Go School of Real Estate and additional training at Pinnacle Real Estate Academy.
