Molly McEvily is an accomplished communications executive currently serving as Vice President of Corporate Communications at Ventas, Inc. since September 2022. Prior experience includes a significant tenure at Citadel from August 2011 to September 2022, where Molly held various senior leadership roles including Chief Operating Officer of Global Affairs and Deputy Head of Communications and Corporate Affairs, among others. Earlier in their career, Molly served as an Operations and Quality Process Analyst at Aon Hewitt. Molly holds a Bachelor of Arts in English from the University of Notre Dame and a Master of Business Administration from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business.
