Frank Rachal has extensive experience in the video production industry, currently serving as a Webcasting Producer at Ventana Productions since July 2014. Prior to this role, Frank held multiple positions at GVI – Video Production in Washington, DC, including Operations Manager and Production Manager, from February 1998 to June 2014. Frank's career began as a Production Assistant at DCTV (Public Access Corporation of DC) from 1996 to 1998. Frank holds a degree in Communications, Film from Howard University.
