Katharine Kramer

Katharine Kramer is an experienced culinary professional currently serving as a Sous Chef at Ventana Canyon Club and Lodge since November 2022. Prior to this role, Katharine held the position of Sous Chef at Chef Chic from November 2019 to November 2022 and was the Executive Chef at Oro Valley Country Club from July 2015 to November 2019, where responsibilities included cooking a variety of dishes for banquets and a la carte service. Experience spans multiple cooking stations and techniques, including spa cuisine at Miraval Arizona and sautéing fresh seafood and meats at Harvest Oro Valley. Katharine began culinary training at The Broadmoor as a Gardemanger Cook and later worked as a Chef Instructor at Kids Culinary Adventures. Education was completed at California Culinary Academy, earning an Associates of Applied Science in Culinary Arts/Chef Training.
