Steve Malley is an experienced executive in the fields of payroll, PEO, and EoR industries, currently serving as the Chief Global Partnerships Officer at Vensure Employer Solutions since April 2024. Malley is also the President of WhiteCliff Ventures, LLC, providing consulting services to businesses at various growth stages. As CEO of Hiregility and an Advisory Board Member for FidGUIDE Fiduciary Services, Malley has a proven track record in strategic partnerships, demonstrated through previous roles as Global Head of Strategic Partnerships at Deel and Global Vice President of Strategic Partnerships at Atlas. Co-founding WOMA Ventures, INC, Malley facilitated the distribution of essential goods during the Covid-19 pandemic, while earlier experience includes positions at Vertex Inc. and Safeguard Global, focusing on tax technology and global employment solutions, respectively. Malley holds a Bachelor's degree in Political Science from St. Bonaventure University and has furthered education at the University of Oxford.
